My Story
Having a passion for people, my journey began in 2011 when I decided to study for a Bachelor of Commerce (Psychology) degree. After completion, I furthered my studies by completing a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (Industrial Psychology) and a Master of Commerce (Industrial Psychology). This culminated in becoming an Industrial-Organisational Psychologist in 2018 under the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
Since then, I have worked at various corporate organisations, each allowing me to gain invaluable experience. This experience stretches across borders, as I have consulted for local and international clients in the following industries: financial and professional services, pharmaceutical, transportation, manufacturing, hospitality, technology, automotive, food and beverage, and retail. I impacted clients positively, grew professionally, and enjoyed my passion in these years.
In 2023, I decided to follow bigger aspirations and take a leap of faith by starting my own consulting business. In this venture, I deliver comprehensive services tailored to your unique needs. These include (but are not limited to) helping organisations attract and retain top talent, enhancing the dynamics and well-being of teams, and assisting individuals in achieving their goals. In each interaction, I am guided by my values of integrity, compassion, courage, curiosity, growth, and empowerment.
When I’m taking a break from work, I enjoy a game of action netball, playing with my dog, Luca, and exploring beautiful Cape Town.
